Howard Meier
Howard is an expert in all types of commercial real estate services from development on green and brown fields to leasing and financing along with purchases / dispositions and work out situations. With over 25 years of experience in organized real estate Mr. Meier has gained a wealth of knowledge in the different positions he has held.
His past commercial real estate experience includes positions with Manulife Financial, Davpart Inc., Fieldgate Developments, Smart Centres and State Developments. Most recently he was Executive Vice President, Broker of Record, and NAI Director of NAI Commercial in Toronto.
He is Past President Central Canada Chapter of CCIM and a Regional Vice President and on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute. he is a member in good standing of CREA, Toronto Real Estate Board, Toronto Real Estate Board Commercial Division, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Canadian Commercial Council of Realtors.
He is a graduate of Ryerson University.
